SUPER BOWL FEVER ROCKS HARD ROCK CAFES CHICAGO AND INDIANAPOLIS

Orlando, Fla., January 31, 2007 –This week, Hard Rock Cafes Chicago and Indianapolis, known for buzzing with rock ‘n’ roll energy, will be rockin’ with football fever.  As the “Big Game” between the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts is approaching fast, Hard Rock Cafes Chicago and Indianapolis are getting in on the action by making a friendly wager!  Hard Rock Cafe staff in the city that loses the game will have to wear Hard Rock Cafe Classic T-shirts from the winning city. 

“Indianapolis should just stick to racing,” said Tara Hippensteel, sales and marketing manager, Hard Rock Cafe Chicago.  “We have no doubts that the staff of the Indianapolis cafe will be representing Chicago.”

“The Bears have no chance against Peyton Manning and our Colts,”said Sarah Baird, sales and marketing manager, Hard Rock Cafe Indianapolis.  “We highly advise the employees of the Chicago cafe to start ironing their Hard Rock Cafe Indianapolis shirts now.”

Hard Rock Cafes Chicago and Indianapolis will each broadcast the game on their big-screen televisions. Staff from the cafe that loses the bet will wear the T-shirts representing the winning city on the day following the big game, Monday, February 5th.

In addition, on Sunday, February 4th, Hard Rock Cafe Chicago will host a game-day party fit for a rock star.  Radio personalities “Stylz and Roman” from local radio station B96.3 FM will be on-site for a live broadcast at the event.    Fans in attendance will catch all the action on the cafe’s big-screen TVs, while enjoying the complimentary appetizer buffet and cash bar throughout the game.  Sixty lucky VIP winners will enjoy prime seating and all-inclusive food and beverage wristbands.  (**This event is not open to the general public.
