Haunted Halloween Tours in Chicago

Tours are conducted Tuesday through Thursday at 6:30PM and Friday and Saturday at 6:30PM and 8:45PM.

This Haunted Tour is the first of its kind! Our Ghoulish Guides will be your ghost hunters. They will escourt you to the mysteriously haunted locations in Downtown Chicago and relate the stories of Chicago’s haunted hotels, houses, gangsters, ghosts and disasters! eerily we will creep through the shadows and darkness of the park to the sites that claimed the lives of so many tortured souls, places where paranormal experiences hae been shared, where lingering spirits have appeared in the air!
This extraordinary Chicago Haunted Ghost Tour will visit the sites of the Fort Dearborn Massacre, the Iroquois fire, the Morgue on State, the most haunted alley in the city, and the past home of Al Capone’s haunted yacht. Some say that the sounds of screaming can still be heard. We have more haunted places and stories, so come along and glide with us… if you dare!!!
Cancellation/Rain check policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled departure. Cancellations are handled by phone at 312-552-5100. All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, there is a 100% charge, with no rescheduling option.
We operate rain or shine. However, if we cancel a tour due to extreme inclement weather you will receive a 100% refund.
Age and Weight Parameters
Riding a Segway is safe, once you’ve gone through our orientation. However, we do require that all riders be at least 12 years of age. Here are our age requirements: 12 – 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent 16 – 17 years of age must have a signed waiver by a parent. A deposit is required. Parental participation is optional. In order to assure our riders’ safety, there is a minimum weight requirement of 100 pounds. The maximum recommended weight limit as specified by the manufacturer, Segway, LLC, is 260 pounds. In order to ride, your weight must fall in this range.
Limitations and Restrictions
It is not recommended that pregnant women and any person with health restrictions, seizure disorders, or intolerance or sensitivity to extreme heat and sun participate in this activity. Riders must be capable of standing for extended periods of time. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from riding and will not receive a refund.

Requirements
All participants are required to wear protective helmets at all times and sign waiver and release forms prior to departure.
